Independent practice, established in 2022
We are a corporate advisory studio based in Sorocaba, in the state of São Paulo, operating since August 2022. Our practice was structured around a simple observation: small and mid-sized organizations rarely have internal teams dedicated to reviewing their own corporate documentation, mapping their governance obligations or organizing the institutional information that daily operations quietly depend on.
We work as an external, discreet layer for founders, administrators and small executive teams who need clear documents, organized internal records and a consistent view of the regulatory environment surrounding their activity. Every engagement is handled directly by the studio, from the initial diagnosis to the final delivery of reports, mappings and reference materials.
Our positioning is deliberately narrow: we do not resell services, do not intermediate third parties and do not operate through partners. What arrives at the studio is answered by the studio.
